As a Design Consultant, you will guide clients through world‑class interior design services, helping select luxury furniture, rugs, upholstery, mattresses, and more. Core Responsibilities
Engage discerning clientele and help navigate the expansive product assortment in the Design Center Conduct full‑service design consultations (including in‑showroom and house calls) as needed Provide space planning, fabric selection, and detailed presentations Cultivate and build long‑term relationships with private homeowners, trade professionals, realtors, and builders Employ and execute consultative, design‑forward selling to meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s Utilize outreach, social media, and personal marketing to help grow your book of business Collaborate with leadership on showroom events, client outreach, and community engagement initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in interior design, luxury retail, or trade sales Comfort and experience balancing high‑ticket product knowledge with client service excellence Strong follow‑up, presentation, and organizational discipline Impeccable interpersonal skills; design trade and community relationships are a plus Why Join Our Team?
