Base pay range $17.00/hr - $25.00/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor our pipeline of watch inventory—what’s coming in, what’s going out, and what needs attention.
Track leads, deals, prices, and market values in real time to support fast, smart decision‑making.
Evaluate watch listings across marketplaces and make recommendations on what we should buy, trade, or pass on.
Coordinate with our team (local and remote) to move watches smoothly through intake, authentication, listing, and fulfillment.
Help with pricing strategy, negotiations, sourcing opportunities, and trading decisions.
Communicate with potential sellers and buyers in a polished, professional way that reflects a high‑end brand.
Assist with product photos or simple video content—social clips, product shots, listing photos, etc. We can train you, but any prior experience helps.
You’ll be trained on everything—no watch experience required. What matters most is a sharp mind, willingness to learn, and a love for making moves.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, operations, trading, or a fast‑paced decision‑driven environment.
Strong communication skills—comfortable reaching out, following up, and keeping deals moving.
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving parts at once.
Some experience with photography or video shooting/editing—phone or camera—especially for product content.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online marketplaces.
Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
Enjoy the thrill of deal‑making, sourcing opportunities, and spotting value.
