About the Eugene Office
Our Eugene team includes 18 employees, including 7 licensed PEs. We work on a broad mix of public and private projects in land development, transportation, and municipal engineering. Our work also includes architectural-led projects for higher education, sports facilities, K-12 schools, medical campuses, and mixed-use developments. We design parks, trails, and master plans-and approach every project with a focus on stormwater management and sustainability. Our collaborative, dedicated team works in a family-friendly, business-casual environment in downtown Eugene. We operate in a hybrid model with the expectation of three in-office days per week and flexibility to work remotely for two days.

Qualifications
BSCE required EIT certification (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience highly desirable Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Work Authorization/Sponsorship:

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, education, and skills. The salary for an Entry-Level Civil Designer is
$76,000.
