The firm is seeking a mid-level

Associate Attorney

who is passionate about litigation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to meaningfully contribute to high-impact matters. Associates are given substantial responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and the ability to work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated, often high-visibility cases. What You'll Do Represent major companies and creators in the entertainment, media, and technology sectors Handle innovative legal issues involving film, television, streaming platforms, digital content, and emerging technologies such as AI Lead and support key litigation functions, including discovery, research, writing, motion practice, and strategic case development Assist with counseling and advisory matters for prominent industry clients Work collaboratively with partners, fellow associates, and junior team members What the Firm Offers Strong Culture & Mentorship:

Associate Attorney

with strong analytical and writing abilities A detail-oriented litigator experienced in discovery and motion practice A creative problem-solver with a client-focused approach A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure Someone proactive, driven, and committed to exceptional client service Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation experience Strong brief-writing and analytical skills Experience handling complex matters, including discovery and motion work Admission to the California Bar Experience in media, entertainment, or IP litigation is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits

The annualized salary range for this Associate Attorney position in San Francisco or Los Angeles is

$225,000 - $290,000 , depending on experience and other permitted job-related factors.
