Lead Designer Apply now Job no: 494761 Work type: Administrative (Full Time) Location: Marion, IN Categories: Admissions/Recruiting/Enrollment Job Title: Lead Designer Reporting Relationship: Executive Director of Brand & Creative Marketing Unit: Central Administration Department: Marketing-Central Administration Campus Location: Maxwell Center, Marion, IN Summary of Position: The Lead Designer is responsible for translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, concepts and designs while providing conceptualized design elements and services in a variety of media forms IWU. They will coordinate design work and the creation and execution of design solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion Collaborates with Design Manager to assist with developing strategy for visual messaging and concepts Qualifications According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
