Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent.
- Experience implementing or working with enterprise software preferred.
- Strong understanding of impacts across product areas.
- Expert level knowledge of DITA and XML authoring.
- Software-as-a-service (SaaS) experience is greatly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills among peers and other stakeholders.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
- Background in human resources, payroll, finance, or higher education a plus.
