Senior Product Manager - Ad Audience Monetization Introduction To The Team This pivotal role within the Expedia Group Advertising (EGA) Product team focuses on defining and executing the monetization strategy for our suite of audience and targeting products. You will be a primary product partner for our Yield, Sales, and Commercial Operations teams, developing sophisticated pricing, packaging, and revenue forecasting solutions that drive growth and deliver measurable value to our advertisers. In This Role, You Will Define and drive the strategic product roadmap for audience pricing and packaging, establishing the commercial framework for how our data assets are brought to market. Partner with the Yield management team to lead pricing of audiences, providing them with models, tools, and insights to optimize revenue. Own the value and revenue forecasting models for new audience and pricing initiatives, complementing the core delivery forecasting function. Act as a primary product partner for our commercial operations teams (Media Planning, Client Success), equipping them to effectively sell and manage audience‑based campaigns. Define KPIs and lead development of analytics for monetization performance, measuring revenue impact, price elasticity, and yield contribution. Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering leaders to guide development of pricing, elasticity, and value‑based forecasting models. Resolve cross‑functional escalations on commercial strategy and align product roadmap with broader vision for EGA’s go‑to‑market success. Build clear requirements and testable hypotheses for pricing models and commercial tools in ambiguous scenarios. Proven presenter in executive settings; skilled in advanced facilitation techniques. Skilled in storytelling, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution, and driving organizational alignment through communication. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field; or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AdTech, media, or e‑commerce. Proven record of owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle while working with cross‑functional teams. Strong domain expertise in digital advertising (AdTech), with deep knowledge of pricing models, yield management, commercial strategy, and go‑to‑market mechanics. Experience working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, or economists to define requirements for pricing, forecasting, or elasticity models. Proficient communication and storytelling skills, articulating business value to commercial and executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in a Product Monetization, Yield Management, or Commercial Product role. Strong domain expertise in AI/ML fundamentals and their practical application to business problems. Familiarity with sales and ad operations workflows (e.g., media planning, campaign optimization). Experience working in a two‑sided marketplace. Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously to drive projects forward in a complex, matrixed organization. Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers.
