Marketing Coordinator – North Texas Therapy & Home Care Marketing to maintain and develop community referral sources. Plan and attend local marketing events. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Acts as a physician liaison to develop and maintain a positive relationship between the referral coordinator, physician and the company. Establishes and maintains a public relations program and marketing plan to increase community understanding and improve relations with physicians and other care clinicians. Meets with referral coordinators and community resources on an ongoing basis to develop and maintain a positive relationship and generate referrals. Researches for and schedules community marketing opportunities. Assists colleagues with tasks, as needed, to ensure efficient workflow within the company. Implements plan of action based on staffing needs. Prepares and updates weekly marketing reports. Utilizes and maintains budget for marketing purposes. Must be able to read and write English. Bachelor’s degree and experience in health care or related field preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with all segments of staff. Creativity and outgoing personality. Willingness to help others. Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance. This position requires four days out in the field marketing (visiting referral sources) and one day in the office.
