You Will
- Provide technical support for multiple communication systems, addressing issues and ensuring quick resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve communication‑related problems.
- Configure and optimize communication infrastructure components, including IP telephony, video conferencing, messaging platforms, collaboration tools, and faxing platforms.
- Implement and maintain omni‑channel communication systems to meet organizational requirements.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the omni‑channel communication systems and data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure interoperability and seamless integration with other systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the omni‑channel communication configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare training material for end‑users and support teams on properly using communication tools.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- User provisioning for various communication platforms.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have
- An Associate degree in information technology, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and arrive at reasonable solutions to problems.
- Proficiency in IP telephony, VoIP, video conferencing, messaging platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal skills are a must to interact with a diverse base of individuals, including executives, technical, professional, and office staff members, as well as national resources.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and writing with all employees, customers, and vendors.
- High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines.
- Ability/flexibility to travel to/ between sites as needed.
