Role Overview
Finvi is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Content Marketing Strategist to oversee the creation of content that drives engagement and supports our SaaS marketing initiatives.
This role focuses on producing high-quality content from ideation through fruition, including long-form white papers and thought leadership articles to concise emails and presentation slides.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive copy tailored for different channels and audiences
- Deliver a content strategy that further enhances Marketing campaigns
- Ideate to produce content into different outputs for various platforms
- Create ready-to-consume content using design tools
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, philosophy, and objectives
- Monitor the performance of content and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Manage the end-to-end production of content
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop long‑form content, such as white papers and eBooks, that positions Finvi as an industry leader.
- Content Repurposing: Transform complex documents into digestible formats, including slide decks, social media snippets, and email and website copy.
- Public Relations: Draft press releases and articles to share with industry media for widespread distribution and brand awareness.
- Messaging Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and campaign objectives.
- Social Media Support: Ideate on creative social campaigns and write engaging posts for social platforms to amplify Finvi's authority and products.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Design teams to deliver cohesive content for campaigns while shepherding content through production phases.
- Research & Insights: Conduct research to support content development and maintain accuracy in industry‑related topics.
- Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency across all content formats.
- Content Repositories: Maintain the repositories of marketing assets and regularly inventory for updates, including Marketing's repository for Sales Enablement content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation and copywriting, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Experience creating both long‑form and short‑form content across multiple channels.
- Experience with end‑to‑end project management.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, notably PowerPoint, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role involves regular communication, computer use, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs). Emotional resilience and adaptability are essential to manage deadlines, confidential information, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
