Creative Producer (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Creative Producer for a 6‑month, full‑time contract role at Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® located in Culver City, CA.

Summary: In this role you will help shape how global audiences discover and enjoy premium video content on a major digital platform, contributing to defining, refining, and elevating the user experience around content discovery and storytelling.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 8–10 years of experience as a lead producer within a creative agency or internal creative team
  • Passion for digital media and content experiences, with a strong foundation in creative production
  • Proficient in content creation and production workflows, ideally within subscription‑based services
  • Familiar with broadcast graphics production, ideally including sports
  • Skilled at navigating high‑level strategy while managing day‑to‑day production needs
  • Adept at collaborating with cross‑functional partners and managing concurrent projects
  • Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate information into actionable plans
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with major digital ecosystems and media platforms
  • Additional strengths in relationship‑building and problem‑solving

Job Description

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end content creation and production processes across media initiatives. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to manage communication, workflows, and asset delivery; drive campaign timelines, oversee project deliverables, and manage resourcing needs.

You will troubleshoot production challenges, run day‑to‑day escalations, and improve internal and external workflows to ensure efficient creative output. Additional responsibilities include drafting clear project briefs, managing budgets and agency relationships, anticipating production burn, and aligning creative with broader marketing and product needs.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in creative production, advertising, media, or related disciplines
  • Experience within digital platforms, subscription models, or content ecosystems is a plus

Additional Requirements

The position is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work. The pay for this W‑2 position ranges from $90.24 per hour. It may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
