Responsibilities

As a Lead Creative Strategist, you will design creative briefs that transform marketing strategies into immersive experiences that help our guests connect more deeply with the brand. Your expertise in uncovering and providing unique and unexpected insights informed by guest, cultural and business research will fuel big ideas and innovation. You will clearly define creative opportunities and align creative strategies and solutions across all media types to achieve business and marketing objectives, inspire creativity, motivate behavior and guide the creative process to ensure all deliverables are grounded in the needs and wants of the guest. About You

  • Four‑year degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing planning
  • Strong experience in branding
  • Experience facilitating engaging workshops
  • Strategic thinker with experience synthesizing information to generate actionable insights
  • Ability to author clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs
  • Experience working with teams to establish and/or reposition brands
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and negotiate across the organization to gain agreement
  • Ability to facilitate and clarify project expectations, objectives and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to direct multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
