Aether Ads is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping eCom brands scale through high-performing ad creative.

We’re a fully remote team of strategists, visual creators, and ad managers. We move fast, test new ideas, and genuinely care about delivering the best results for our clients.

You’ll be turning research, customer understanding, and data into ad concepts that stand out, win and scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, writing direct response ads, and agency workflows
• Strong understanding of copywriting frameworks & buyer psychology
• Deep understanding of fundamentals like market awareness & sophistication
• Ability to analyze performance metrics in the ads manager and translate them into actionable creative elements
• Based in or aligned with European / UK timezones

Responsibilities

• Conducting audience & market research to ideate winning angles
• Ideating new ad concepts based on research, creative strategy, and performance data
• Writing detailed briefs that guide our visual creators and editors
• Analyzing tested creatives and extracting insights to improve performance
• Hopping on calls with clients and the team
