- Lead and manage the design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-consultants, and other project stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
- Conduct Stormwater Management Modeling and design roadway and utilities systems.
- Coordinate with multi-family site engineering teams and commercial site engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in civil design projects within the scientific industry.
- Proficient in Project Management and Project Managment tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Site Engineering, Multi-Family Site Engineering, Stormwater Management Modeling, Roadway & Utilities, and Sub-Consultant Coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Proficiency in using civil engineering design software and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in civil design projects.
