YOU: The Event Producer will be responsible for producing extraordinary events while supporting both internal and client-facing projects. This role demands excellence in logistics, client relationships, and innovative problem-solving. YOUR DIRECT REPORT: Managing Director

TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time, In Office

SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Production & Project Management:

  • Produce high-impact events from concept to execution.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, run-of-shows, and detailed logistics.
  • Maintain flawless operational documentation and communication.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Develop strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Translate client vision into actionable plans.
  • Maintain proactive communication across all stages of design and production.

Financial Management:

  • Create and manage event budgets with accuracy.
  • Secure profitability while delivering exceptional value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.

Vendor, Venue & Local Partner Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with local top suppliers and partners.
  • Negotiate favorable rates and enforce contract compliance.
  • Ensure partners meet Fifth Streets quality and service standards.

Destination Expertise & Community Engagement:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of local venues, culture, logistics, and experiences.
  • Incorporate local partners and community impact into events.

  • Creative & Experiential Insight: Understands experience design, audience flow, and how creative ideas translate into executable production elements. Able to interpret creative direction and collaborate with design teams to make it real.
  • Financial Stewardship & Ownership: Owns the outcome by managing budgets effectively and making smart decisions that balance creativity and fiscal responsibility.
