**Number of Openings: 1** **Home-Based Graphic Designer** to join our DCX team and support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to bring design concepts to life, maintain brand integrity, and create visually impactful assets across multiple mediums.**REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES** * **Creative Expertise & Design Range**: A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and design across various mediums.* **Collaborative & Receptive**: Able to give and receive constructive feedback, ensuring alignment with client expectations.* **Strong Design Principles**: Deep understanding of layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.* **Clear Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.* **Time & Task Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above **Education:** **Experience:** 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience. **Language Proficiency:** Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
