We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Camarillo, CA. The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of tactical marketing programs that advance strategic business initiatives, reinforcing our mission to be the #1 food safety diagnostics company in the world. This role coordinates and delivers marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in‑person events. Key responsibilities include trade show and event coordination, website content management, campaign execution via email, social media, and paid search, collateral development, and performance metric tracking. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and measure the impact of marketing campaigns to optimize programs that drive business growth. Oversee trade shows and industry events: organize display materials, coordinate logistics, order from exhibit warehouses, and collaborate with sales personnel to ensure successful execution. Execute social media tactics and maintain a confident company voice on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo. Mentor level I and II team members, partnering with the Manager, Global Marketing. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all marketing activities, presenting data to stakeholders as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience. Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS 365 CRM), WebEx, or similar web‑meeting applications. Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo. Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.) and HTML. Experience with marketing automation tools (email, landing page, forms, etc.). Knowledge of trade show exhibit management. Knowledge of e‑mail marketing best practices and policies. Knowledge of Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms (Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing Ads), CRM systems, HTML, and SEO. Salary Range (applicable to California) $26.00 – $31.00 hourly DOE Skills / Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication. Disciplined judgment and discretion. Team‑oriented and collaborative. Detail oriented. Adaptive and flexible in a changing environment. Working Conditions Normal office hours Monday through Friday at the Camarillo, CA office. Occasional travel less than 10%. May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.
