Job Summary:
Seeking a creative Learning Experience Designer to develop modern, engaging digital learning content. Role includes designing graphics, animations, and building interactive modules in Articulate Storyline.
Responsibilities:
- Create clean, modern graphics, icons, and layouts for learning materials
- Develop interactive Storyline modules and visual assets
- Produce motion graphics and explainer-style videos
- Collaborate with LX team, instructional designers, SMEs, and project managers
- Follow brand guidelines and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback
- Strong visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Experience with motion graphics, animations, and short videos
- Expert in Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360
- Ability to simplify complex concepts visually
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management
- Experience in adult learning/eLearning preferred
- No graphic/motion design experience
- Inability to work or communicate effectively in remote settings
- Poor time management or inability to handle multiple projects
- Unwillingness to collaborate or accept feedback.
