Job Title: Insurance Producer/Broker

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Local Time

Location: Remote or hybrid options available

Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000

Role Overview: As an Insurance Producer/Broker, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with independent Property and Casualty Retail Agents. You'll represent our contract or brokerage carriers, developing and securing coverage for diverse business enterprises in the excess and surplus lines marketplace. Your relationship-building skills will be essential in creating a profitable book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a network of relationships with retail insurance agents, actively soliciting new business.
• Collaborate with in-house binding and brokerage markets to establish effective partnerships.
• Use creativity and critical thinking in assessing accounts and negotiating terms.
• Manage accounts of all sizes, handling the lifecycle through administrative workflows for timely service responses.
• Exhibit a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Travel and attend approved conferences and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in wholesale brokerage, MGA, or carrier roles, preferably in excess & surplus lines.
• Sales-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn effective communication and sales strategies.
• Energetic and self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset in a collaborative environment.
• Solid knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, ratings, and technical procedures.
• P&C License is required; E&S License is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader, and other Windows-based applications.
• Able to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
