Responsibilities

  • Lead Content Strategy & Execution for Owned Properties
  • Own the creation and implementation of the North America (NAR) 360 Strategic Plan for direct-to-consumer channels, ensuring alignment with customer and category needs across all owned digital properties
  • Website Management: Oversee site architecture, usability, and consumer flow; manage page creation, deployment, and localization in partnership with global and cross‑functional teams; drive optimization initiatives to enhance the digital experience
  • Content Development & Optimization: Recommend and deploy content that drives brand advocacy, product education, and engagement, informed by industry trends, competitive analysis, and data‑driven insights; collaborate with creative teams to A/B test assets for conversion improvement
  • SEO Strategy: Own and lead SEO roadmap, including keyword research, technical audits, competitive assessments, and on‑page optimization across all categories
  • Retail .com Support: Support content optimization for key retail partner websites (e.g., Walmart, Costco) to ensure consistency and maximize conversion
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as key point of contact for global teams and business units to articulate new page deployments, templates, and layouts; partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of content strategy
  • Technical Regional Project Management: End‑to‑end management of projects for content and website deployment, technical implementation; work with IT and cross‑functional technical teams

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce Management, or equivalent

Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in digital marketing, e‑commerce, marketing research, or data analysis
