We’re seeking an eCommerce Content Specialist to join our dynamic Car Care team, where your creativity and expertise will shine as you manage, grow, and optimize our product portfolio—primarily on Amazon and other leading eCommerce platforms.

About Us

Schroeder & Tremayne, Inc. is a family-owned consumer products company devoted to inventing practical, innovative solutions for everyday life. Through our brands S&T INC. and VIKING Car Care, we design, develop, market, and distribute a diverse array of products—from home and housewares to impulse, pet, health & beauty, and automotive appearance accessories—serving major retailers across the globe.

This position joins the VIKING Car Care team, a passionate group of car enthusiasts and marketing professionals driven to provide exceptional products and experiences for automotive lovers everywhere. Our culture is built on entrepreneurial energy, a readiness to innovate and adapt, and a spirit of collaboration where ingenuity thrives. Here, a hands‑on approach is celebrated, and your ideas truly have the power to make an immediate impact.

Your Role

As our eCommerce Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of products, identifying new opportunities, and elevating our brand presence across Amazon and other eCommerce channels. Your core mission: to create and optimize product content that informs, engages, and converts shoppers—helping customers discover car care solutions that meet their needs.

You’ll use competitive landscape analysis, brand analytics, internal resources, and data analytics tools to improve our market share and ensure our product content stands out. You’ll work closely with our Product Managers, Digital Media and Social Teams, and our talented Graphic Design experts to craft compelling product detail pages, engaging copy, and multimedia assets that showcase the value and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the existing product portfolio across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms, ensuring each listing reflects our brand standards and product benefits.
  • Identify new product opportunities by conducting competitive landscape analysis, researching market trends, and evaluating customer needs.
  • Leverage brand analytics, conversion rates, CTR (Click Thru Rate), and unit sales data to inform content strategy and measure success.
  • Synchronize with the Social Media and Graphic Design teams to create original, creative assets that support eCommerce initiatives and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Digital Media, and Social Teams to produce, update, and deploy product detail page (PDP) content and videos.
  • Adhere to the VIKING style guide and maintain consistent brand voice and imagery across all platforms.
  • Evaluate competitive PDP content and videos, gaining insights to improve our listings and outperform competitors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Amazon’s policies and guidelines, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Set up new products on Amazon, ensuring 100% content accuracy from initial listings to ongoing updates.
  • Write compelling product copy for all platforms, highlighting key features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Deploy updates to PDPs, optimizing for SEO, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Use A/B testing and analytics to gain actionable insights and continuously improve content performance.
  • Actively participate in the Car Care team, becoming hands‑on with products to gain deep product knowledge that informs content and customer communication.

What we Are Looking For

  • A desire to learn and share knowledge: You’re curious, proactive, and eager to expand your expertise across automotive products and eCommerce trends.
  • Collaboration skills: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working cross‑functionally to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Clear verbal and written communication: You can distill complex product features into easy‑to‑understand, persuasive copy, and you communicate effectively in meetings and written correspondence.
  • Interest in vehicles: Exposure to or appreciation for vehicles and their style/appearance is a plus. Passion for cars helps you relate to our customers and understand their needs.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eCommerce platforms, and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Attention to detail: You sweat the small stuff, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every piece of content you produce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You embrace change, move quickly, and seek out opportunities to make a difference.

Why Join Us?

  • Entrepreneurial Environment: We move fast, embrace bold ideas, and support your growth and creativity.
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside passionate automotive experts and digital creators who share your enthusiasm for car care.
  • Hands‑On Experience: Get up close and personal with our products, helping shape their future in the market.
  • Impactful Work: See your content drive real results in sales, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
