Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from 24 Seven Talent Senior Director of Talent Solutions at 24 Seven Talent Position Overview The Senior Designer is a key contributor and day-to-day leader within the design team, responsible for driving creative direction, ensuring executional excellence, and supporting the growth of junior talent. This role blends hands‑on design work with informal leadership responsibilities, helping to guide cross‑functional partners and maintain momentum on multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end design process for assigned product categories, from initial concept through final handoff. Translate brand positioning, market trends, and business goals into clear seasonal design strategies. Create detailed sketches, CADs, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent. Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., merchandising, product development, technical design) to align on product vision, timelines, and requirements. Participate in fit sessions and design reviews, providing constructive feedback and clear direction. Review and refine design work to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards. Prepare and maintain accurate design documentation, including technical details and supporting reference materials. Support sourcing and production teams in resolving design‑related questions and challenges. Contribute to design presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners as needed. Provide guidance and feedback to less‑experienced designers, helping to build skills and strengthen overall team output. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform future seasonal direction. Qualifications Significant experience in design roles, ideally within apparel, lifestyle, or a related consumer product category. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work on deadline. Strong proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop); experience with PLM systems is a plus. Solid understanding of materials, construction, fit, and production processes. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners and presenting design concepts to various stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to provide informal leadership, feedback, or mentorship within a team environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
