This role blends hands‑on design work with informal leadership responsibilities, helping to guide cross‑functional partners and maintain momentum on multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end design process for assigned product categories, from initial concept through final handoff. Translate brand positioning, market trends, and business goals into clear seasonal design strategies. Create detailed sketches, CADs, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent. Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., merchandising, product development, technical design) to align on product vision, timelines, and requirements. Participate in fit sessions and design reviews, providing constructive feedback and clear direction. Review and refine design work to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards. Prepare and maintain accurate design documentation, including technical details and supporting reference materials.
