About this Role A PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to develop and improve product designs supporting advanced emerging programs in Space Applications. Responsibilities Develop new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and transition them into military‑qualified hardware. Specify appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments. Apply IPC standards, supplier fabrication techniques, and control impedance path layouts. Qualifications 3+ years in PWB/PWA/Flex layout. Experience with high‑density PCB layout using Cadence/Allegro. Track impedance control, RF PCB, and guard track layout experience. Allegro PWB design experience. Create and maintain component libraries; footprint generation. Active security clearance preferred; eligibility required. AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.
