About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Media Sales with a strong background in media sales and conservative digital marketing to lead and expand our email sponsorship and advertising sales. This role is focused on monetizing email list rentals and email sponsorships (banner ads) to drive significant revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high‑volume ad inventory sales, preferably in the conservative media space, and brings established industry relationships to immediately generate business and scale revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute ad sales strategies to maximize sponsorship and email list rental revenue.
Sell and manage high‑volume digital advertising inventory, including email sponsorships, banner ads, and premium placements.
Leverage industry relationships to bring in new business and expand existing partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad campaigns align with audience engagement and performance goals.
Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for optimizing pricing, inventory, and targeting for higher ROI.
Requirements
Proven Sales Experience – Must be a “day one” contributor, able to deliver immediate results.
Sales Track Record – Experience driving annual ad sales and exceeding revenue targets.
Established Industry Relationships – Strong network of advertisers, media buyers, and decision‑makers in the conservative space.
Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to close high‑value deals and build long‑term partnerships.
Detail‑Oriented & Data‑Driven – Comfortable using metrics and performance data to optimize sales strategies.
Experience with Digital Ad Inventory – Familiarity with ad placement strategies, platforms, and performance analytics.
