UX Researcher / Content Strategist Job at Jobs via Dice in Austin

At Kforce, we are looking for a UX Researcher/Content Strategist based in Austin, TX who will validate the information architecture and design of the government portal through research, content audits, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct content inventory, audit, and gap analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and citizen usability testing
• Validate information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation
• Develop content guidelines to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency
• Provide recommendations for search usability and service-oriented navigation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research and/or content strategy
• Experience with content audits, usability testing, and card sorting
• Strong knowledge of plain language and accessibility standards
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights for design and development teams

Nice to Have

• Public sector or government content experience
• Familiarity with Drupal content authoring
• Shape experience

Pay Range

$121,500.00 - $175,075.00 (Austin, TX)
