ROLE OVERVIEW Our award‑winning team of game creators are looking to grow so that we can release even more transformative experiences to the millions of players that enjoy our games every day. Experienced industry veterans will understand that producing blockbuster titles is no easy feat, requiring an obsessive eye for every detail including the game design, mathematics, and artwork. That’s where you would come in: we’re looking for a superstar game producer who can work with our team to take slots game concepts, breathe life into them, and help turn them into hits. Reporting to the VP of Game Production and working closely with everyone involved in building a game, this is a hands‑on role that can be on the ground with the team or based remotely. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the game production team to help define, conceptualise and iterate new game visions, participating in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions. Research competitive slots games and determine the feature set that we will support for our slots games. Lead new arcade games from start to finish, with particular emphasis on the conceptual development at the beginning and creating a full blueprint for game theme, narrative, animations, sequencing, structuring, and production. Present concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively to the team and to stakeholders. Execute upon concepts and established visions for slots games, working with the game art director and art team to define the creative vision and ensure media assets are delivered, and with the producer and development team to ensure they understand the sequencing and flow of the game down to each animation, sound designers for scoring and sound effects, and any other stakeholders involved. Prepare tidy, thoughtful, and well‑structured specifications for games and supervise their implementation to ensure delivery according to the original vision. Provide quality control over design outputs and production. Assist teams with questions about game direction and guide specifications. Adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders or from broader technical challenges, constraints, or limitations that may arise during production. Give feedback on other proposed designs and requirements within the team, especially when it may affect dependencies and interaction design. Play‑test your games extensively to ensure all details are implemented according to your vision and play as well as you expect. STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES Define and evolve our game direction to weave consistency and familiarity across our arcade titles while retaining flexibility to experiment. Discover how to incorporate branding elements into games and how our game direction style can become an intrinsic part of our corporate branding strategy. Consider how arcade games fit into the broader design language of the business and how an individual game’s direction may extend to sequels or series. Develop creative concepts that meet business objectives and advance our brand and proposition strategy. Identify what competitors are doing differently and assess elements to potentially incorporate. Streamline the game production pipeline to reliably deliver high‑quality, fully polished games at pace. Evaluate technologies that can augment our game direction pipelines. Keep an eye on broader design trends and tools, especially within gaming and entertainment, to stay ahead of best practices and exceed customer expectations. Provide thoughtful, considered feedback on the overall roadmap and design strategy. ROLE REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND BACKGROUND You must have worked in a game production capacity designing social or real‑money gaming slots games. Demonstrate multiple projects and discuss your roles and how you set the vision and shaped the final product. You must understand the arcade/instant‑win landscape for real‑money gaming and be ready to discuss competitive products. KEY EXPERIENCE AREAS Understand and respect the players, knowing what they like, what they’re looking for, and how to give them more. Polish every detail by weaving static artwork, animations & micro‑animations, and music & sfx into a compelling, immersive experience. Produce clear specifications and guidelines that directly illustrate your vision and expected execution for new arcade games. Be extremely comfortable working with varied game production talent to develop conceptual mechanics and present them to players in a simple, graspable way. Communicate excitement, anticipation, and relative value in a way that’s easily understood by the player. Understand technical constraints and creatively work around them when necessary. Have the ability to delve into graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or video outside of product and UI design – a plus. Have some technical background or knowledge; understanding how developers build interfaces and the challenges they face is valuable. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Love slots games – passion and respect for the product are essential. Take ownership of deliveries as if they were for your own company, exuding a startup mentality focused on constant ship of great product. Be exceptionally well‑organised and structured with time, managing many moving parts across multiple game titles. Be extremely creative and thrive in an ultra‑creative environment, bringing life to games and rallying teams around that vision. Adapt quickly to different teams, styles, and art directions. Adopt a mobile‑first mentality and understand how to design games for small form‑factor before moving to desktop. Be obsessed with details; every single detail matters in a highly competitive industry. Bring an infectious gaming mentality that the team can easily adopt and collaborate with. Take critical feedback well; collaborate constructively and diplomatically to move designs forward. Be an expert communicator, both visually and verbally, walking different audiences through details. Exude transparency, openness, and objectivity, collaborating effectively to build great games. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Speak English natively or be completely fluent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
