Senior Creative Designer – Promenade Group

Promenade Group is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative, results‑driven individual with expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, strong image production skills, and a passion for defining brand vision across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set & communicate a clear creative vision aligned with brand identity and business objectives for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Lead the creative process from concept to delivery, providing constructive feedback and ensuring timely, high‑quality assets.
• Design integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (display ads, social media, landing pages, email templates, video ads). Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, adapting visual messaging for specific audiences and platforms.
• Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing needs.
• Edit and retouch all product, lifestyle, and other photographic assets to maintain high visual quality and brand consistency.
• Manage a library of visual assets to support marketing and design efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5‑7 years of marketing design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaign work and photo editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience giving & receiving constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: UX/UI design experience (web and product).

Location & Work Arrangements

Hybrid: 2‑3 days per month in office (Santa Monica, CA). Photoshoots as needed. Remote roles available.

Compensation

Base pay range: $80,000 / yr – $120,000 / yr (salary commensurate with experience).
