Responsibilities

Project & Production Leadership
- Lead the end‑to‑end production of large‑scale experiential activations and environmental builds – from kickoff through fabrication, logistics, and execution.
- Partner closely with Creative and Client Leads to translate vision into actionable production plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish and manage project management frameworks, including client kickoff meetings, weekly internal tactical meetings, weekly client tactical meetings, internal and external project debriefs, and client recap communications.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and organized, such as workback timelines, staffing plans, production schedules, budget matrices, production and creative decks, meeting agendas and notes, contracts and deal memos, inventory trackers, asset lists, and recap decks.
- Develop and manage project budgets and revenue estimates; oversee AP/AR and financial operations related to projects.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, reviewing and negotiating third‑party contracts, pricing, and deal memos.
- Participate in site visits, fabrication reviews, walk‑throughs, and serve as the senior on‑site production lead for all activations in your portfolio.
- Drive continuous process improvement by creating and implementing SOPs, templates, checklists, timelines, policies, and training materials to enhance workflow, quality, and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor, empower, and hold a team of Producers, Associate Producers, and Production Coordinators accountable for growth, collaboration, and results.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback throughout all project phases.
- Model calm, solutions‑oriented leadership that builds trust across teams and vendors.
- Partner with the Director of Production to evolve ADVOC8’s production standards, processes, and tools.

Operational Excellence & Growth
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand, maintaining ADVOC8’s reputation for excellence in execution.
- Support new business proposals through scoping, budgeting, and production planning as needed.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with fabrication partners, AV vendors, and other production specialists.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and cross‑department collaboration.
- Champion innovation and quality within the Production Group, helping ADVOC8 push the limits of experiential.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of production experience in experiential marketing, live events, or large‑scale environmental/fabrication builds. Applicants without significant experience in experiential will not be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience leading production teams or managing complex, multi‑workstream activations.
- Proven expertise managing large‑scale fabrication projects – including scenic, AV, staging, rigging, and fabrication shop coordination.
- Experience working with B2B, corporate, or brand‑reputation clients; fluency in trade shows, corporate events, and brand activations highly encouraged.
- Established vendor relationships (freelance production partners, fabrication vendors, etc.) a plus.
- Skilled collaborator who works seamlessly with creative, client services, and vendor teams.
- Demonstrated mentorship and team development experience; passionate about helping others grow.
Technical & Production Skills
- Deep knowledge of experiential production, fabrication methods, and event logistics.
- Proven ability to read and interpret floorplans, shop drawings, renderings, and technical documentation.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling experience.
- High proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Experience with project‑management tools like Monday.com and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with travel and on‑site leadership during builds and activations.

Location: This position is not location‑based, though travel will occasionally be required for project work and team off‑sites.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. is required; we are not able to provide sponsorship at this time.
Salary: $140,000 – $155,000 per year.
