About the Team The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Sr. Associate of Product Management for Incentive Structures, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This highly collaborative and user‑centric position involves defining new incentive marketing structures that support business growth objectives and increase optionality for our customers. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of new incentive structures and capabilities, and will coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these optimizations.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration (same fields as above).
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role by location are:
McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400
New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700
Wilmington, DE: $99,100 - $113,100
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
