As a Mid‑Market Sales Manager within our Large Customer Sales organization, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on video advertising solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a high‑performing sales team while driving net‑new business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our video advertising footprint across mid‑market clients and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on Streaming TV and brand‑building advertising solutions
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve team revenue targets
- Coach and mentor team members to build strong prospecting abilities and consultative selling skills
- Drive operational excellence through pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Establish and maintain relationships with key agency and client stakeholders
- Partner cross‑functionally to align resources and optimize team performance
- Implement best practices for sales processes, training, and development
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B or digital media sales experience
- 3+ years experience managing sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving team revenue targets
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience in building and maintaining client and agency relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in video advertising or streaming media sales
- Strong understanding of digital advertising landscape and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Excellence in people management and team development
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $221,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
