Our objective is to be perceived as the best entertaining platform for kids from parents, kids, partners, and the media. We’re looking for a visionary and hands‑on Global Head of PR to shape how the world sees, feels, and talks about Lingokids as we redefine the family entertainment category.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the entire Public Relations function at one of the fastest‑growing family entertainment brands. PR will be at the core of our strategy for the following years and you will be the architect.
You will define and elevate Lingokids’ global communications strategy to increase reach, trust, and anchor our positioning shift. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to ensure Lingokids’ mission, impact, and entertainment value resonate worldwide.
This role reports directly to the VP of Brand and collaborates with cross‑functional leaders across brand activation, partnerships and the playroom (our internal creative team).
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the global PR strategy to position Lingokids as the top digital entertainment choice for kids and families.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns that drive awareness, reputation, and consideration across key markets (focus on the U.S.).
- Shape the company PR narrative and position Lingokids as the category‑defining platform where learning meets entertainment.
- Manage agencies and global PR partners, ensuring alignment, quality, and brand consistency.
- Drive the PR roadmap with a regular drumbeat of stories, aligning communications with key product launches, brand moments, partnerships, and cultural milestones.
- Act as strategic communications counsel to executive leadership, providing thought leadership platforms, messaging guidance, and visibility opportunities.
- Oversee PR agencies and global partners, ensuring consistency, excellence, and measurable impact across all markets.
- Lead award, recognition, and corporate reputation programs that enhance credibility and employer brand.
- Define success metrics and manage reporting across awareness, sentiment, and earned media value.
- Mentor and grow your team, fostering creativity, agility, and storytelling excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Public Relations in international environments (U.S. experience strongly preferred).
- A proven track record of developing and executing global communications strategies that drive cultural relevance and business results.
- Experience managing PR agencies and leading teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
- Skilled in storytelling — you can turn complex ideas into clear, inspiring messages.
- Strategic thinker with a creative spark and a flexible, hands‑on mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
Experience working with entertainment or families brands is a big plus.
English is a must
We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long‑form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
