Team Overview Marketing Science focuses primarily on Marketing Mix Modelling and Multi‑touch attribution. The team manages data processing (primarily in SQL, R scripting and Excel), explores data, and performs statistical analysis of media data. Team members handle client requests, collaborate with cross‑agency teams, collect and clean data, build statistical models, and create presentations that highlight key results, recommendations and takeaways.

Position Overview As a Senior Analyst, you will help transform vast data sets into compelling, actionable insights. You will work closely with senior analysts, managers and a team of strategists to implement strategies and support client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Independently perform ad‑hoc quantitative analyses at client request and manage client expectations.

Perform statistical analysis and develop multi‑source attribution models.

Process and clean data using SQL, Excel and Python/R.

Use and contribute to existing code bases (Python, R, VBA).

Build models hands‑on.

Assist with presenting actionable insights to clients and agency teams.

Develop clear, digestible presentations for clients that convey attribution and modelling results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields.

2 to 4 years of experience in a quantitative data‑driven field, media or a relevant field.

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros and other advanced functions).

Experience delivering and operationalizing reporting solutions for clients.

Excellent communication skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of marketing mix modelling/econometric analysis or other branches of market research.

Experience with advanced data‑management programs (SQL, Access, etc.).

Experience with other coding languages (Java, R, Python, etc.).

Experience with data‑visualization platforms (Qlikview, Plotly, SAS, Tableau, etc.).

Prior agency experience.

Basic understanding of databases and data modeling.

Passion for mentoring and coaching others.

Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Data Management Platforms, ad‑serving platforms, web analytics, and social media insights.

Knowledge and experience with syndicated research sources/tools such as ComScore, Nielsen, GfK MRI, Simmons, etc.

Compensation Pay range: $87,500—$125,000 USD. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), HSA, dependent‑care FSA, vacation, sick days, parental and medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office and two days remote. Office days will be discussed during the interview process and may adjust over time.
