With a strong nationwide presence and a rapidly scaling digital business, we’re building something fresh—rooted in accessible fashion, forward-thinking storytelling, and modern brand expression.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented creative professional who can elevate visual content across social, digital, and campaign channels. In this role, you’ll help organize assets, edit video content, and produce trend-driven visuals that engage our audience and bring our brand to life.
If you love fast-paced creative environments, know your way around digital asset systems, and have an instinct for what performs on social, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Asset Management & Organization
Build and maintain the team’s future DAM platform and Figma workspace
Keep design and marketing assets version-controlled, organized, and easy to access
Video Editing & Motion Design
Cut and edit UGC, influencer content, and studio footage
Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and homepage modules
Trend-Driven Content Production
Create daily TikTok/IG content optimized for current social trends
Repurpose existing assets into fresh, high-performing formats
Creative Production Support
Support studio operations with still-life photography needs
Prepare final files for digital, print, and cross-channel delivery
Template & Brand System Maintenance
Execute resizing and layout variations
Maintain component libraries to ensure brand consistency
AI-Enabled Production Workflows
Leverage AI tools to streamline content development and creative operations
What You Bring
2–4 years of hands-on production or creative coordination experience at a retail or e-commerce brand
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and video editing tools
Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and UGC/influencer content
Organizational skills and experience with DAM systems, Figma, and asset tagging
Ability to move quickly, think creatively, and adapt content based on performance trends
Attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining brand consistency
A collaborative, self-starting approach to solving problems and improving workflows
