Future Remodeling is looking for a Home Remodeling Field Marketer who is a self‑motivated extrovert with strong communication skills.
This door‑to‑door canvassing role is designed for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and want to grow into a high‑earning career with uncapped commission.
What You’ll Do
Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing to engage homeowners and promote our exterior remodeling services.
Identify qualified prospects and schedule complimentary, obligation‑free informational sessions.
Participate in home remodeling events and fairs to build relationships with potential and current customers.
Learn and apply lead‑generation scripts and appointment‑setting tactics in the field.
Attend weekly company, team, and skill‑development meetings.
Execute tasks efficiently with integrity and a strong work ethic.
Turn rejection into learning experiences, refining door‑to‑door marketing skills.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outside, on your feet, Tuesday through Saturday.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Quick learner of scripts, social behaviors, and appointment‑setting tactics.
Intrinsic self‑motivation with a drive for excellence.
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Excellent social and interpersonal communication skills.
Resilience in the face of rejection, extracting valuable lessons.
Desire to grow into a leadership role.
Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
Benefits
Base salary with uncapped commission potential.
Annual total compensation range: $60,000 – $90,000.
Commission paid whether or not the appointment leads to a sale.
