Hands‑on ability to build workflow‑integrated micro‑learning, digital nudges, bots or anything else that is relevant and fun

Familiarity with metrics and data analytics to assess effectiveness of learning interventions and process improvements across teams
Practical experience using AI for knowledge management, analytics, or automated content generation
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across diverse engineering and product teams

Ability to lead teams in reflective practice (debriefs, post‑mortems), driving continuous learning and process excellence
An experimentation mindset, with comfort running fast iterations and interpreting usage signals and analytics
The ability to build trust, understand team dynamics, and empower individuals to take ownership of their learning
