Job Summary Our client is an established kitchen and bath design company. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in store sales presentations and assisting with designing clients dream bathrooms/kitchens. They are looking to add a Sales & Design Consultant to their growing team/Showroom in Torrance, CA.
Compensation & Benefits Our client offers ~$21/hr. (Flexible/Negotiable DOE), + commissions, ~$70k-$90k overall in your first full year, full benefits, Profit Sharing, 401k, PTO and room for growth.
Responsibilities
Providing a high level of customer service
Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and GM
Follow up on leads and generate new business
Manage customers and sales from beginning to end of project
Be motivated, detailed, highly organized and capable of working in a team-selling and service minded environment
All Interested Applicants Must Possess
Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred, or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 1+ years sales experience with proven record of exceeding sales goals
Ability to work weekends
Possess strong verbal and written skills
