About the Role This role is
on site
five days a week in Seattle, WA.

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that boost customer engagement and achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities
Grow and optimize the email channel
to support product unit attainment goals.
Drive the creation and implementation of innovative automated email programs.
Build compelling email campaigns
and execute traffic‑driving efforts to support the sales of our offerings.
Develop robust A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT) programs
to continuously optimize for sales and unit sell‑through.
Report on progress
against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
Assist in the development of the vision and strategy
for the email and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) roadmap.
Collaborate with a dedicated design team for creative asset production.
Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content
to our digital platforms via a
Content Management System (CMS) .
What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience
designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on‑device/mobile, and/or display.
Proven ability to write customer‑facing copy
that is on‑brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS)
and the ability to edit basic
HTML
and
XML .
1+ years experience using SQL
and similar queries to analyze data.
Must be comfortable with
Excel
and capable of manipulating data to perform both high‑level and granular analysis, including familiarity with
VLookups, Pivot tables , and other advanced functionalities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills , with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating effectively to senior management.
Marketo Certified Expert
is highly preferred.
2-4 years of experience with Email Marketing Campaigns.
2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Bonus Points
Experience managing large‑scale email marketing programs.
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing beyond basic implementation.
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
Relentlessly high standards and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
A confident, self‑motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
1-2 years of experience with Global Campaigns.
