Digital Marketing & Media Director
A multi-location hospitality group is seeking a Digital Marketing & Media Director to lead digital strategy across paid media, CRM/email, social media, website/SEO, third-party delivery, and gift card programs. This role blends strategy, execution, and analytics to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
Oversee CRM/email programs and social media strategy.
Maintain website accuracy and partner on SEO improvements.
Optimize performance across third-party delivery platforms.
Lead digital and in-store gift card strategy.
Provide reporting, insights, and budget management.
Requirements
4–6 years in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of paid media, CRM, SEO, analytics, and multi-location environments.
Hospitality/restaurant experience a plus.
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
