We are seeking a full-time, experienced Amazon PPC specialist to assist with optimizing and scaling our current advertising campaigns as well as building new campaigns. Amazon advertising will be the main focus for this role, but a small percentage of time will be spent on other eCommerce ads including Walmart and Target. This candidate will report directly to the Director of Ecommerce Advertising.
Core Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize ACoS
Use automated bid tool to manage and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting settings to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals
Pull weekly performance reports and help summarize key metrics (ACOS, TACOS, CPC, ROAS)
Conduct keyword research and develop targeting strategies that meet customers at each phase of the shopping journey
Audit search term reports and identify irrelevant traffic for negative keywording
Help monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across active campaigns
Assist in competitor analysis and ad strategy reviews
Collaborate with the Director of Ecommerce Advertising to test and implement new tactics
Skills and Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with Amazon Ads (keyword research, campaign structure, campaign creation, bid optimization, etc.)
Experience working with a bid management tool – XNurta/Xmars preferred, but not required
Experience with DTC, Walmart, and Target advertising preferred, but not required
Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising console
Understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques
Ability to analyze data to inform decision making
Strong project management and organizational skills

Actual base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.
Location Hybrid schedule with one day / week in office at our Fullerton, CA headquarters. Open to remote employment for the right candidate.
