What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies targeting B2B prospects and customers

Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad copy and designs that engage the B2B audience

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness

Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in executing digital ad campaigns across various platforms

Proficiency in analytics tools including GA4 and Adobe Analytics

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills focused on data‑driven decision‑making

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross‑functional teamwork

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Certifications in relevant platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising are a plus
