Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Miami, FL. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams Experience in Sales and proficiency in Sales Management techniques Ability to train and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team Additional Information
