Job Description:
- Creative Producer , C andidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end content creation and production processes across the Media Products initiatives.
- Lead and handle communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables.
- Handle and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
- Navigate simultaneous demands, prioritize resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.
- Lead all aspects of projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative expediently.
- Run day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver against asks while crafting an environment that allows for innovation.
- Plan, handle, and communicate efficient internal and external workflows, and work on its improvements.
- Lead clear briefs to align all business partners.
- Craft and inform SOWs with the ability to accurately assess and anticipate burn.
- Independently own budgets and agency relationships.
- Work collaboratively with your Marketing and Product counterparts to ensure that the developed creative is thoughtful of all channel partner needs.

- As a Content Design Producer on the video services team, candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting how millions of consumers around the world discover and enjoy the best movies and television in the TV app.

- 8 to 10 years of experience as a lead producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team.
- Expertise in content creation and production processes; ideally within a subscription services business model.
- Experience with broadcast graphics production; ideally in sports broadcasting
- Ability to live between ten thousand feet and thirty thousand feet to not only fulfill daily needs but to think more holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
- Extraordinary attention to detail, while working under tight deadlines
- Experience handling multiple, concurrent projects with a collaborative approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to external and internal audiences and customers and the ability to distill communication into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with the Client ecosystem (Mac OS X, iOS, Client Music, iTunes, App Store, iBookstore, Podcasts, iTunes U, Trailers, Client TV, etc.)
- Proven ability to adapt to change seamlessly
- BA or BS degree; 8+ years of related work experience
