Job Summary

True Spec Golf, the global leader in custom club fitting and club building, is looking to add a new member to its marketing team. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Scottsdale, True Spec Golf currently has over 40 locations worldwide. We are seeking a creative, well‑organized, motivated Social Media Coordinator to manage our Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts for True Spec Golf and its subsidiaries. This position reports to the SVP of Marketing and will be responsible for planning, scheduling, creating, and managing content across all social media channels.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Schedule and organize content calendars and execute posts on all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Generate regular analytical reports to make data‑driven recommendations for improvement
• Interact with followers on all posts to increase engagement rate
• Engage with industry‑related accounts to increase exposure to other golf audiences
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, passing along inquiries to the customer service team when necessary
• Monitor new and popular content styles so our accounts can keep up with ever‑changing social media trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
