Position Summary:
The Social Media & Content Specialist will play a key role in Landscape Workshop’s digital marketing strategy by managing content creation, social media posting, and across markets. This role supports the Marketing Manager, Sales Directors, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Account Managers (AMs) by producing authentic, engaging Reels and visual content that highlight our services, people, and properties — ultimately driving brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form video clips (Reels, Stories) of Landscape Workshop projects, events, and teams for use on social media and Google My Business.
- Create engaging, trend-aligned Reels and social videos that showcase before/after transformations, team highlights, and seasonal services.
- Support design and creative updates for marketing materials including brochures, event signage, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasons, and sales goals.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage daily posting and engagement across all corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on boosted posts and paid social strategy.
- Travel frequently to markets to capture Reels, stories, and project content; occasionally travel with the Marketing Manager for major events or campaigns.
- Partner with BDMs and AMs to collect before/after photos and project highlights to the Digital Marketing Specialist to be uploaded to the Google My Business listings to boost SEO.
- Support creative needs for internal and client events (graphics, recaps, digital displays, etc.).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing.
- Skilled in creating and editing Reels and social media videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or native platform editors.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to brand tone.
- Willingness to travel regionally for content capture and events.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
