Position Summary:


The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands both traditional and digital marketing within a service-based industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage all marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and traditional channels (print, radio, direct mail).
  • Optimize lead generation efforts to attract residential and commercial HVAC clients.
  • Oversee website management, content creation, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, marketing agencies, and contractors.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Organize and attend trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the HVAC, home services, or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of successful creation of digital, radio and billboard advertisements.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM and lead tracking tools (e.g., Service Titan, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
