Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ for various development environments.
  • Experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong grasp of full-stack architecture and integration.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies, for efficient data handling.

Responsibilities

  • As the UX Software Engineer Technical Expert/Unit Lead, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to define future product competitiveness and assess fundamental technology applications.
  • Oversee the complete cycle of planning, designing, developing, and testing software systems and applications focused on user experience (UX), including cloud-based and internet-connected tools.
  • Utilize full-stack development methodologies while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Manage large-scale projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers, contributing to the delivery of innovative, secure, and user-centered software solutions.
  • Drive the development and communication of the UX vision to cross-functional teams, divisional leadership, and executive stakeholders while providing strategic guidance and mentorship.
  • Design, implement, test, and debug sophisticated software applications using languages such as Java, Python, and C++, integrating advanced features and optimizing performance.
  • Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure software infrastructures; lead architectural reviews and contribute strategic insights to system design.
  • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets while managing project goals through effective cross-functional coordination.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices while mentoring junior developers for their technical growth.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and API references to support development and integration.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues through root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to enhance system reliability.
