Concurrency, distributed programming model and service architectures, data structures, collections, multithreading, etc. Hands-on experience in Linux, Windows OS. Working knowledge in version control systems such as Git. Working knowledge in Maven. Experience in Shell script, Python is a plus.
Basic knowledge in networking concepts and protocols such as Cisco Switches, Routers, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, Telnet, FTP, SSH, SNMP etc is a must. Experience in Industrial Protocols such as CIP, PROFINET, MODBUS etc is a plus. Experience in YANG data modelling is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Must be a strong team player and have excellent collaborating skills. Experience with Cisco tools is a plus. Working experience with test tools like traffic analyzers (e.g., Wireshark) and traffic generation tools (e.g., Smartbits, Ixia). Experience in manual & automated testing and writing test plans is a plus.
