- Compensation of 200-400K depending on experience

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Luxury/construction industry.
- Proven experience in the luxury resorts and hospitality sector.
- A strong track record of business development, networking and partnership building.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
