What You Will Do Define the global product experience standard and visual language; build and maintain the crossplatform Design System (App/Web/Desktop). Design and implement AInative interaction paradigms (Agents, intentbased workflows, multiturn dialogues). Lead information architecture and core interaction frameworks, delivering highquality, highfidelity design specifications. Serve as the design quality gatekeeper, reviewing and elevating deliverables from the Chinabased design team to ensure international SOTA standards. Establish effective crosscultural and asynchronous collaboration processes, enabling scalable and consistent design execution across global teams. Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for ~812+ years of UI/UX design experience with real product launches in North America or Europe. ~ Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems, visual languages, and multiplatform interaction frameworks. ~ Strong experience in AI product interaction (e.g., agents, conversational UX, intent modeling, AI workflows). ~ Deep product thinking and the ability to articulate design rationale, problem framing, and endtoend decisionmaking. ~ Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; proven crosscultural collaboration experience in distributed teams.
