Location: Remote, or Hybrid with option to join us in our office in San Francisco, CA (Flexible schedule; part‑time contractor role)

Contract Length: 6 months, ~45 hours a month

About the Role

Envoy is looking for a talented Designer / Videographer to join our marketing team on a contractor basis. This role is all about diversifying our content formats — from Reels, GIFs, and video‑led storytelling— helping tell Envoy’s story in creative, engaging ways across social media.

You’ll work closely with our content and social team to develop assets that resonate with our audience, amplify engagement, and enhance our platform relevance. This is a hands‑on role for a creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys experimenting with visual storytelling.

You will

• Work closely with the content and social teams to brainstorm and ideate creative social media assets
• Create GIFs, animations, and other motion graphics to bring social content to life
• Add social‑specific enhancements to short‑form videos, such as overlay text, captions, transitions, and effects
• Ensure all content aligns with Envoy’s brand standards while experimenting with new formats and trends
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering polished, social‑ready content

You'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and video design, ideally in a digital agency or in‑house marketing team
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Demonstrated expertise in social media, display, and website design best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail
